I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me faster than I expected. Super friendly, sorted it out without turning it into a whole hassle. i blame whoever runs this for making customer service feel way easier than it usually does.

I pretty much just wanted to get in, find the item I needed, and check out without getting distracted. The site made that easy. Pages loaded fine, the menus didn’t get in the way, and I didn’t have to deal with random popups. Checkout was straightforward too...

I ordered from clay-king.com and was surprised by how fast everything got here. I was expecting it to take a little while, and the site maybe isn’t the fanciest thing ever, but that didn’t matter at all once the order showed up in just a few days.

Everything was packed well, nothing was missing, and the whole thing was just easy. I’m really happy with how quick the shipping was and I’d definitely order from them again.

I was surprised by how many glazes and tools they had. I needed stuff for my class and ended up finding everything in one place, which made it super easy. Definitely a solid shop for clay supplies.

I grabbed a few clay supplies they were great. The clay felt fresh and easy to work with, not dried out or cheap like some others I’ve tried. I’ve used it for a couple small projects so far and it’s held up nicely. No complaints here — I’d definitely buy it again...

I thought the prices were reasonable, especially compared to a few other ceramic supply sites I looked at. The shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, but the lower prices on the actual items still made the order feel worth it.
I ended up finding some nice deals on tools and glaze supplies, and nothing seemed marked up too much. I’d definitely order from them again, though I do wish the shipping total showed up a little sooner during checkout...

The box showed up all smashed up, and the bags inside were leaking clay dust kind of everywhere. It was a messy thing to open, honestly.

My order from clay-king got here fast, which was nice, but a couple of the items weren’t what I ordered and one tool was missing completely. The box was packed fine, so it didn’t seem like anything got damaged or lost in shipping, it was just put together wrong. I had to email them to get it fixed, and what made it more annoying was having to keep verifying the same order details more than once. I get that they need to check things, but repeating it over and over gets old fast when you’re just trying to get the supplies you need for a project. It wasn’t a total disaster, but definitely frustrating.
